Items needed to marinade the fish:
Fish

Three red chillies

Nine cloves of garlic

One teaspoon of cumin

Powdered turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon

Two tsp of Kashmiri chili powder

One teaspoon of coriander powder

20 black pepper

1 salt, depending on taste

Two bunches of curry leaves

Coriander leaves: a small amount

One tablespoon of oil

One tablespoon of water

Additional items:

1.5 tsp of lemon juice

Three tablespoons of oil
How to Cook:

The fish should be thoroughly cleaned and washed before being scraped and stored apart.

Afterward, combine the red chilies, garlic, cumin, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander, black pepper, curry, and coriander leaves in a mixing jar. Add oil and salt to taste. Once the mixture is formed, add the necessary amount of water and crush well.

Coat the fish with the ground masala, then squeeze in the lemon juice and toss to combine.
Give this spiced fish a half hour or so on its own.

When the pan is heated, add the marinated fish, pour oil over it, and place it in the oven.

For three minutes, cook on medium heat in the oven.

After that, turn the fish over and cook it for a further three minutes over medium heat.

While the fish is frying, brush it with pan oil and spices.

After the fish is cooked through throughout, place it on a dish and serve it hot.
