Three red chillies
Nine cloves of garlic

Two tsp of Kashmiri chili powder
One teaspoon of coriander powder

Two bunches of curry leaves
Coriander leaves: a small amount
One tablespoon of oil
One tablespoon of water

How to Cook:
The fish should be thoroughly cleaned and washed before being scraped and stored apart.
Afterward, combine the red chilies, garlic, cumin, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander, black pepper, curry, and coriander leaves in a mixing jar. Add oil and salt to taste. Once the mixture is formed, add the necessary amount of water and crush well.
Coat the fish with the ground masala, then squeeze in the lemon juice and toss to combine.
