It wasn't Kavin who played the hero in the immensely popular Dada film!

Numerous excellent films were released in Tamil theaters last year. Remarkably, the low-budget movies broke all box office records and garnered positive reviews from critics.

Last year's hits included Good Night, Ayodhya, Siddha, Por Tolil, Parking, 1947, and numerous other low-budget productions. The only movie in this series to be released is Dada. Ganesh K. Starring in the Babu-directed movie were Kavin and Aparna Das.

The first person the filmmaker envisioned as the film's hero was Anirudh, the music composer. The movie was a big hit both critically and commercially. He created this tale by speculating about what it may be like if Anirudh were the movie's protagonist.

But after that, Dada told Kavin the movie's plot, and Kavin accepted and helped finish the movie with him. In a similar vein, the filmmaker has chosen to work with new actors in the picture. But in order to avoid making the movie commercial, the producer has requested that well-known actors and actresses be cast.

Dada's director, Ganesh K. Babu, revealed this information in a recent interview. The film has been out for a year.
