A lorry was on the highway in Negros Oriental province of the Philippines near Mabinay when the driver suddenly lost control.
As a result, it overturned in the roadside ditch and crashed. In this accident, 15 people, including those who were walking on the road, died on the spot. Foreign media reported that some of the injured were receiving intensive care at the hospital.
