In a recent interview, well-known producer Suresh Kamatshi revealed that Simbu was in a movie directed by Vetrimaran that was ultimately canceled.
Many actors from the younger generation have expressed in interviews that being in a film directed by Vetrimaran is a blessing, and it is well-known that this is their ideal role.
In this case, according to producer Suresh Kamatshi, who recently conducted an interview, a movie starring Simbu was supposed to be directed by Vetrimaran. Simbu had been given the story for the movie by Vetrimaran, but at the last minute, it just didn't happen.
Subsequently, Venkat Prabhu said that he contracted Simbu and produced the highly successful movie "Maanadu" because he liked the story.
In their comments on this interview, online users also mentioned that Simbu did not appear in the movie Nalla Vere Vetimaaran; perhaps if he had, he would not have received such a huge success as "Maanadu."
