72 flats given to Sri Lankan Tamils in Tamil Nadu.

At a cost of 4.77 crore Indian rupees, 72 homes for Sri Lankan Tamils have been constructed in the Kaulpalayam district of Tamil Nadu, close to Perambalur. Senji K.S. Mastan opened Sivashank.
For Tamils from Sri Lanka, in the Kaulpalayam neighborhood of Perambalur, Rs. The opening ceremony for the 72 units, which came at an expense of INR 4.77 crore, took place on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at night.

K. Karpagam, the district administrator, will preside over the ceremony. C. Rajendran, the district panchayat leader, presided. The special guest was S.C., the Minister of Transportation. Minister of Tamil Expatriate Welfare and Minority Affairs, Siva Sang, launched the houses with his participation.

During a program at the District Collectorate, the District Muslim Women's Aid Society awarded 19,05,000 Indian rupees in small business, medical, widows, and educational scholarships to 127 beneficiaries. Additionally, 20 beneficiaries who belonged to minorities received 6,400 Indian rupees each. To a total of 147 recipients, Minister Senji K. S. donated 1,28,000 Indian rupees and a sewing machine with an electric motor valued at 20,33,000 Indian rupees. Made available by Mastan.

Participating were Meena Annadurai, the leader of the union committee, A. Lalita, the project director of the Rural Development Agency, and K. Ramesh, the assistant director of the Overseas Tamil Welfare and Rehabilitation Department.
