As he looks for funds for his campaign, Donald Trump has been meeting with a number of influential businesspeople who are Republican supporters.
In one instance, it has been alleged that Donald Trump met with American businessman and one of the world's wealthiest billionaires, Elon Musk, and asked for money for his campaigns.
Elon Musk was there at the high-profile gathering in Palm Beach, Florida, with Donald Trump. It is unknown, meanwhile, if Elon Musk will back Trump in the 2024 presidential contest.
Musk said that he had voted for him in 2022, as had been stated by Trump. Musk, though, refuted this at the time. Political analysts predict that Biden's prospects of winning will be significantly diminished if Elon Musk, who has so far shown himself to be independent of either of the two major parties in the US, endorses Trump.
