Because of this, Bezos, the founder of Amazon, has risen to the top with a net worth of US$200.3 billion. Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos had a net worth discrepancy of 142 billion US dollars at one point.

Since 2022, Amazon's stock has nearly doubled. It is estimated that Tesla's stock has dropped by roughly 50% from its 2021 top. This stock market effect has propelled Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to the top of the list.
