The painting exhibits for "Peace of Meditation" and "Celebration of Women" were visited by the president of Sri Lanka.

On March 14, 2024, President Ranil Wickramasinghe spent his afternoon at the Lionel Wendt Gallery in Colombo 07, attending the art exhibitions arranged by two seasoned painters, Iromi Wijewardana and Winston Suluthakoda.
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Iromi Wijewardana's artistic career, a painting exhibition with the theme "Celebration of Women" was arranged. Winston Suluthakoda, an art exhibition organizer both domestically and internationally, organized his 34th painting exhibition with the theme "Pavanavaka Santhya" (Peace of Meditation).

With 46 years of painting experience, Winston has shown his paintings overseas.

These art shows included a lot of vibrant paintings depicting relationships in daily life, world crises, and religious lifestyles. The President took part in some group photos and struck up a nice discussion with those who came to see the painting exhibits.

President Ranil Wickramasinghe received a memento during this time.

The guests included Professor Maithiri Wickramasinghe, former Minister Ravi Karunanayake, Member of Parliament Mayanda Dissanayake, former Governor of the Central Bank Indrajith Kumaraswamy, Kalanithi Dayan Jayathilak, Sujan Wijewardena, Lucille Wijewardena, Natalie Wijewardena, Malan Jayawardena, Roshini Gunaratne, Sirani Thenapatu, Nihal Thenapatu, Roshini Gunaratne, Sirani Thenapatu, Nihal Thenapatu, and veteran artist S. H. Sarath were among those who attended.
