There is a commotion in Sri Lanka's Vadamarachi East Sea due to a stranded float.

 March 16, 2024 – Early in the morning, a float with Antiyettigiri washed up at the East Nagar temple region of Vadamaratshi.

There are written phrases like "Parameshwari let me go in peace brothers" on it. It is purported to have been made for a deceased person's funeral and abandoned at sea. The number of visitors to the aforementioned float is rising.
